or for rich people. Think it's a trick of the light. But I might
agree with the latter. A "rights equal thing."
Education could level the playing field. Say the deal
is you learn that other people maybe feel what you feel,
there might be sources of help for your ordeal not revealed.
Yeah, some might cost skrilla. Lots iller - y’all may feel
that you’re not worth the lolly. Not solving it might appeal.
And that might be the illness talking. I’m into steering all things
discussed in the direction of acceptance,
admission, and recognition, not self disgust.
Stop “self-destruct” mechanisms locked within.
But talk’s just a buck. I know it ‘cause I’ve also been
caught - just mistrust, my own thinking. It’s hard to shift
Mentality.

'cause what you feel is real, like you just can’t escape,
and that feeling in your body like the whole world’s at stake
might be justified as well as coincide with your state.
Not your fate designated by some deity, or seem to be
cursed by some Obia, or told that ya need to pick
yourself up. That’s just a bunch of bullshit. I get the
urge for that diatribe is society telling the lie
if you hide, you thrive. Don’t need the scam.
For some of us, it’s genetic, running through our fam’.
For others, comes unexpected and undo your plans.
Regardless, y'all, understand to hold it in, is unhelpful.
Mental illness is more than things feeling stressful
or depressing. Yes, King - yes Queen, express your
truth with no shame. Put in the frame of “health”, you’re
due for a check-up - don’t let up until some help comes
through!
