lazy, just anxious. Not anti-social, just
anxious. Not acting scornful, just anxious.

VERSE ONE:
When you get news that leaves you panicked,
but others can't get why you're getting so amped with
such a small thing and can't stand it.
When you face change fast, got a milli questions to ask,
and someone telling you not to worry about it won't last
for more than four minutes and some seconds
as a form of relief - your level of grief is too high for that.
When chat in your skull cap is a hamster wheel
of "what if's" - it's beserk, wit' no chance to feel
like it's under control, I know that stance is real,
cause I live it. Feel there's no limit to the rants and spiels
my brain makes. To regulate, perchance to dream,
so no hearts will palpitate, no hands will glean
lots a' sweat, no one gets chest pains or be
overwhelmed with fear. Not here to make it seem
like some easiness to deal with. Understand it be
irregular behaviour. No savior, just plan to be me.

Because I get worried when you get worried,
and see I'm worried. Feel I'm not worthy
of love and respect with this problem that irks me.
But need to discuss it to disrupt what disturbs me.

VERSE TWO:
This is the story of the Worryasaurus
who worried in horridly-big bits all the way to the chorus.
Don't ask him to ignore it. Don't understand there's a torrent
of concern, fear, and doubt pouring out with no cork in sight.
Insight is half the battle, half's not knowing
if you're getting dissed behind people's backs while showing
them the best me you can muster. But you think youse a sucker
for not being cool as others or act like you're knowing
how to do everything right. Illogical of course.
Yeah, too bad anxiety won't follow a logical course.
It's when mutable talking meets an unstoppable force
called "emotions." You lost it, saying "chill out" and the sorts.
Yeah, I'm better with bupropion. Move schmoes beyond
pithy sayings to help, or risk left as droll peons
telling Dad jokes for me to cope (nope).
My hope is placed in psyche therapy
help take care of me to not loc'.
